We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How to Request a Return Email us at support@imaginarysupply.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 2 business days with next steps.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size. Reach out to support@imaginarysupply.com to get started.

Final Sale Items Any items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
